Based on the Decennial U.S. Census data, the popularity of the surname Sefcik has slightly decreased from 2000 to 2010. In 2000, Sefcik was ranked as the 22,078th most common surname in the United States, but by 2010 it had dropped to the 22,543rd spot, a change of -2.11%. Despite this drop in rank, the actual number of individuals with the Sefcik surname increased by 4.3% during this decade, from 1,093 people in 2000 to 1,140 in 2010.
