The rank in popularity decreased by about five percent from 59,611 in 2000 to 62,714 in 2010. Race and Ethnicity of people with the last name Rous

In terms of ethnicity, data from the Decennial U.S. Census shows a shift in the distribution associated with the Rous surname over the decade. In 2000, the majority of individuals with the Rous surname identified as White (82.97%), with a smaller percentage identifying as Asian/Pacific Islander (11.67%).
