Race and Ethnicity of people with the last name Ramic

When it comes to the ethnic identity of those bearing the surname Ramic, the Decennial U.S. Census data reveals a significant shift between 2000 and 2010. The percentage of Ramics identifying as White jumped from 84.18 percent to 97.24 percent. Meanwhile, the percentage of those identifying with two or more races dropped drastically from 14.24 percent to just 1.44 percent. Interestingly, the 2010 Census also showed a small emergence of Hispanic identity within the Ramic family at 1.08 percent, something not present in the 2000 data. Asian/Pacific Islander identity, however, disappeared entirely, dropping from 1.05 percent in 2000 to 0 percent in 2010.
