However, the actual count of individuals with the Lachman surname showed a small increase from 1,508 in 2000 to 1,535 in 2010, a change of 1.79%. The ethnic identity associated with the Lachman surname also underwent changes between 2000 and 2010 according to the Decennial U.S. Census data.
