The majority of Heitmanns identified as White, although there was a slight decrease over the decade from 96.48% to 95.11%. The percentage identifying as Asian/Pacific Islander and those claiming two or more races both reduced slightly. Interestingly, there was a substantial increase in the number of Heitmanns identifying as Hispanic, which went up from 0.65% to 2.38% during the ten year span.
