In 2000, the surname ranked at 11,680 but jumped up to 9,093 in 2010, reflecting a growth rate of 22.15%. The count of individuals bearing the Hau surname also rose from 2,461 in 2000 to 3,592 in 2010, which is an impressive 45.96% increase. Consequently, the proportion of people with the Hau surname per 100,000 of the population increased by 34.07% during this period.

Race and Ethnicity of people with the last name Hau
